2011માં નોકરીઓ જ નોકરીઓ!

જોબ સ્પીક ઇન્ડેક્સ પ્રમાણે એપ્રિલમાં તે 1062 અંકની સપાટી પર રહ્યો
 - જો કે માર્ચમાં કર્મચારીઓના કામકાજનું મૂલ્યાંકન અને પગાર વધારોના લીધે ઇન્ડેક્સમાં નજીવો ઘટાડો નોંધાયો
 - એપ્રિલમાં એન્જિનિયરિંગ અને ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર ક્ષેત્રનો ઇન્ડેક્સ સૌથી વધુ 830 અંક પર રહ્યો

 2011માં ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર અને એન્જિનિયરિંગ ક્ષેત્ર સહિત તમામ ઉદ્યોગોમાં નોકરીઓની બહાર રહેશે.

 ઓનલાઇન રોજગાર સેવા ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવનાર કંપની નોકરી ડોટ કોમના જોબ સ્પીક ઇન્ડેક્સ પ્રમાણે એપ્રિલમાં તે 1062 અંકની સપાટી પર રહ્યો. જો કે માર્ચમાં કર્મચારીઓના કામકાજનું મૂલ્યાંકન અને પગાર વધારોના લીધે ઇન્ડેક્સમાં નજીવો ઘટાડો નોંધાયો.

 કંપનીના મતે તેને બાદ કરતાં છેલ્લાં કેટલાંક મહિનાઓમાં એન્જિનિયરિંગ અને ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રકચર ક્ષેત્રમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં ભરતીઓ કરાઇ. ખાસ કરીને એપ્રિલમાં તેમનો ઇન્ડેક્સ સૌથી વધુ 830 અંક પર રહ્યો. મંદીના લીધે સૌથી વધુ પ્રભાવિત રહેલા આ ક્ષેત્રોમાં આગળ જતા રોજગારની સૌથી વધુ તકો ઉપલબ્ધ હશે. જો કે મંદીમાંથી પૂરી રીતે બહાર નીકળવામાં આ ક્ષેત્રોને હજુ વધુ થોડો સમય લાગશે.

 સર્વે પ્રમાણે એપ્રિલ મહિનામાં 77 ટકા નોકરીઓ નિર્માણ અને એન્જિનિયરિંગ ક્ષેત્રમાં રહી. જો કે ઓટો, બેકિંગ, ઓઇલ, ટેલિકોમ ક્ષેત્રમાં ભરતીઓમાં બે ટકાનો ઘટાડો રહ્યો. બીપીઓ ક્ષેત્રમાં સૌથી વધુ 16 ટકાની અછત જોવા મળી. જો કે આઇટી અને કેપિટલ ગુડઝ ક્ષેત્રમાં નોકરીઓનો અવસર સામાન્ય સપાટી પર બની રહ્યો. માનવ સંસાધન પ્રબંધન, એકાઉન્ટસ, વેચાણ અને સોફટવેર ડેવલપમેન્ટ ક્ષેત્રમાં તમામ નોકરીઓને સારા અવસર બની રહ્યા.

 જો કે નોકરીઓના મામલામાં માર્ચની સરખામણીમાં એપ્રિલમાં કેટલાંય શહેરોમાં સુસ્તીનો માહોલ રહ્યો, મેટ્રોસીટીમાં મુંબઇમાં જ્યાં નોકરીઓનો અવસર સામાન્ય સપાટી પર બની રહ્યો ત્યાં દિલ્હી અને હૈદ્રાબાદમાં રોજગારના અવસરોમાં બે  ટકાનો ઘટાડો જોવા મળ્યો. બેંગલુરૂ અને ચેન્નાઇમાં ક્રમશ: 15 Dvs 12 ટકાનો ઘટાડો રહ્યો.

Good news for people who are looking for vacancies in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). This time they published news recruitment notification for Telecom Technical Assistants (TTAs). There are total 171 vacant positions in BSNL in this time. Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.

Candidates who are eligible and having all eligibility conditions according to the advertisement may submit their applications complete in all respect to AGM (Estt) O/o the Chief General Manager  Telecom, Bihar Telecom Circle, Sanchar Sadan, Budh Marg, Patna:  800001 on or before 15th June 2011.

TTA is an SSA/Telecom District level cadre and examination will be conducted SSA/Telecom District wise on the same day. One applicant is allowed to appear in the examination against vacancy of one SSA/Telecom District only.

Coal India Limited (CIL) - a Schedule 'A' - MAHARATNA Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of  Coal,Government of India, is the single largestcoal producing companyin the World and the largestcorporate employer with approx 3.8 lakh employees, contributing around
85% of the total coal production in India. We producenon-coking coal and coking coal of various grades for diverse applications. It operates 471 mines in 21 major coalfieldsacross eight states in India (West Bengal,  Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh & Assam).
